GNS Drop Ship Service

GNS offers our customers a drop-ship service. Drop-ship is the process of delivering goods direct to your customer to reduce the cost and time to fulfill orders.

A brief introduction to this service is attached below, as well as a copy of the Terms & Conditions of use.

To establish the drop-ship facility on your GNS account:

  1. Please read, initial and sign your acceptance of the attached Terms & Conditions and return them to us by email to customerservice@gnswholesale.com.au or fax us on 02 9793 3611.

  2. We also require a copy of your business logo, which will be added to the Delivery Docket included in shipments we send to your customer. The logo must be in .jpg format and sized no larger than 300 x 100 pixels. This should also be emailed to customerservice@gnswholesale.com.au

  3. In order to allow you access to drop ship nationally, GNS will need to allocate you a new account number. Once your application has been received, we'll send you details of your new account number as soon as this is active in our system. You should continue to use your existing account number in the meantime.


Once these steps are finalised we will activate the Drop Ship functionality on your GNS Online account and provide you with a document that will help you manage your Customers’ details moving forward.
