GNS have implemented this Help Centre to assist customers and staff in communication, issue management and providing everyday information to help make the most of your working day.

Signing in to the Help Centre will open up more content specifically tailored to your needs.

If you've not done so before, you'll need to get a password by following these simple steps:

  1. Click on the 'Sign In' button in the top right of this screen. If you can't see a button with 'Sign In', but can see your name - you're already signed in!

  2. Otherwise, click the 'Get a password' link at the bottom of the pop-up box

  3. Enter your email address on the pop-up and check your email inbox

  4. Click the link in your email

  5. Set your password on the webpage

  6. You're done!
