What is the Help Centre?


The GNS Help Centre is a new portal designed to provide you quick access to answers to the most common questions all day, seven days a week.

It does not replace our Customer Service, or other customer-facing departments, but may help you find solutions to some problems without having to contact us, or outside of normal business hours.

As well as a knowledge-base, which has articles we've written showing how things work, and providing answers to common questions, there's also the Community area, where you can post your own questions, recommendations or suggestions for GNS Staff and other Customers to view or respond to.
